Research Overviews - Read a discussion of research projects (PDF format) conducted during my postdoctoral research appointment with the University of Michigan Medical School. While there I was involved in:
- Modeling the influences of host genetic susceptibility on epidemic Tuberculosis at the population level (model figure), and
- Modeling cellular and cytokine interactions involved in the in-host immune response to infection with M. tuberculosis.
